STP School is an electronic journal platform that connects teachers, students, and parents. It streamlines school processes, enhancing communication and organization. Students gain tools for active learning and time management, while teachers manage academic activities and share updates easily. Parents receive real-time access to their child's school life, reducing administrative tasks. The platform supports transparent, trusting relationships within the school community.

Traditional classroom management relied on paper registers and fragmented tools, leading to inefficiency and communication gaps between teachers, students, and parents. Teachers faced rigid systems and repetitive tasks, students lacked motivation and feedback, while parents often felt overloaded or excluded from the learning process. The key challenge was to design a system that balances personalization, transparency, and trust for three very different user groups.
STP School was created as a unified digital platform that brings classroom management, communication, and progress tracking into one safe and intuitive space. For teachers, it provides a digital gradebook, flexible scheduling, and quick access to materials. For students, it offers a personal dashboard with homework, tests, and achievements. For parents, it ensures clear visibility into grades, attendance, and schedules, along with secure digital test signing. The design is based on a modular UX/UI system with intuitive flows and a light, trustworthy visual identity.
Within three months, a complete end-to-end UX/UI solution was delivered, strengthening the connection between teachers, students, and parents through clarity, motivation, and security. The project gained international recognition and received the UX Design Award 2025 and the DDX Award 2025.
